  • - Your reservation will be confirmed upon registration of your payment method. We kindly ask you to complete this process at your earliest convenience to secure your preferred vehicle.

Night-time Charges and Peak Season Rates

  • - During peak season, rates increase by 25-40%.

  • - A late-night service fee of ¥2,750 applies for pickup or drop-off between 8:00 PM and 8:00 AM.

Application Rules:

  • 1. If at least one of the pickup or return locations is in the ¥7,700 area or HND/NRT, the higher rate will apply and minimum rental days will be required.
  • 2. If the above does not apply and both the pickup and return locations are in the ¥13,000 area or ¥16,000 area, the higher rate will apply.
  • 3. If neither of the above applies, the rates for both the pickup and return locations will be combined. No minimum rental days will be required.

About Delivery:

  • - We will park the vehicle in a parking lot that is both closest to your specified location and has a maximum parking fee limit. If your designated location is a hotel, we can park in the hotel parking lot. However, in this case, you must obtain permission from hotel staff to park the rental car before your pickup time.
  • - We typically park the vehicle 12-24 hours before pickup, and you will be responsible for any parking fees incurred during this period. Please note that if there is no maximum limit on parking fees, the charges could be substantial.

About Return:

  • - We will designate a parking lot near your return location that has a maximum parking fee limit. Please park the vehicle there. After you notify us of the return, our staff will collect the vehicle. We will cover your parking fees up to ¥1,000.
  • - If you return the vehicle to a different parking lot or your hotel parking, you will be responsible for parking fees until collection. We typically collect vehicles within 2-3 hours, though delays may occur due to traffic conditions. For hotel returns after checkout, please obtain permission from hotel staff for post-checkout vehicle collection.

Winter Driving - important notice about standard tires -

  • Driving with standard tires on icy roads is extremely dangerous. Please be sure to select the optional winter tires.
    Please note that if you drive on icy roads with standard tires, the CDW (Collision Damage Waiver) and NOC (Non-Operation Charge) waiver will not apply. We strongly urge you to take this precaution seriously.
